MICE Operations provides user-friendly planning and sales software for the events and hospitality industry. Our clients include leading event venues and organizations in the Netherlands and across Europe. We are a rapidly growing and developing SaaS company with international ambitions. Internship
MICE Operations is experiencing rapid growth, and from this perspective, we are looking for a motivated intern to assist us in the realm of Customer Success, Support and AI. Your role? Seamlessly welcoming new customers and ensuring they maximize the use of MICE for their business. You'll guide implementations and conduct engaging training sessions for our new clients. Always on the lookout for ways to enhance the onboarding process, you proactively contribute innovative ideas. You'll support our Support department and actively participate in the daily operations of the team. You contribute to optimizing the AI tool within our Support department and work on its implementation. While there are fixed office days each week, there's also the option to work from home.

We're looking for you if you:

• Are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Are available from late August / September 2024.

• Possess strong social and communication skills; you easily and naturally engage in conversations and pay attention to others.

• Have a hands-on mentality; you enjoy getting your hands dirty and are not afraid of a challenge.

• Have an affinity for software and automation.

• Are available four days a week.

• Speak fluent English. Speaking Dutch, French and German is an advantage.
